Founded by Tom and Josh, TJMS was born from a shared passion for innovation and a deep well of engineering experience. Together, we set out to build a dynamic consultancy and manufacturing company you can rely on.

Tom brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in the aerospace and automotive sectors. From apprentice to lead manufacturing engineer, he has consistently delivered precision-driven results. His work in Six Sigma and the Production Part Approval Process reflects a strong focus on quality and process control.

Josh holds a degree in Motorsport Engineering and has worked across both Automotive and Defence sectors. He began his career as a design engineer, working on steering, suspension, powertrain, and transmission systems. His journey led him to become a continuous improvement engineer, specialising in new product implementation and lean development.
